Gave 4 stars instead of 5 as there wasn't any included instructions on how to use.

My apologies Marlane.
The machines do not come with instructions and an instruction sheet is normally added to the carton upon shipment.
I have sent a PDF instruction sheet to you via email.

Making my first 100 capsules with ease following the instructions and after viewing the U Tube video from the link on the Capsule Guys home page.

works perfectly as expected. delivery was fast and simple as I requested the Canada Health Agency registration which I applied and obtained to be enslosed with the shipping documents, no customs interception. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.

First time purchasing from The Capsule Guy and I can't recommend them enough. The filler works great and is easy to use, so much so, I am looking at purchasing another smaller sized one.
